The aim of Moto Coach on the web is to be the most up to date source of information for Britain's Coach Drivers.
We will keep you informed about Moto's Promotions, Special Offers and Competitions dedicated to Coach Drivers and Operators, plus some information to make your lives easier!
Moto's Coach Driver scheme to enables us to keep in better touch with all our members and ensure that everyone in our club is a genuine Coach Driver.
With the scheme we will show limited discretion to ensure that all members are legitimately entitled to the benefits and as a result authorised members will be entitled to more offers and better deals.
THE SCHEME – Your entitlement will be (Please refer to T&C's below):

When you visit our sites with 25 or more passengers you will receive a £2 discount voucher which can be redeemed in our retail outlet.

To enjoy the great deals and offers from Moto, all you have to do is download the application form. Simply print it out, fill it in and send to the address on the form with all the relevant documents! Alternatively you can go into any of our Moto sites and ask for an application form. Once your completed application form and documents have been processed by our team at Head Office, you will receive a membership card for your immediate use.
Please note that following the launch of this scheme, the Moto Coach Keyring is no longer recognised as membership in any of our sites.

Terms & Conditions of scheme:
- Coach Drivers are entitled to; 1 hot meal or salad or sandwich, 1 fresh bakery item or yogurt or packet of crisps or a piece of fruit and 1 standard hot or cold drink (not bottled) for 1p, when they stop in a professional capacity and with passengers at a Moto Service Area (MSA). This offer is available from the Moto Self Service Restaurant area only (EDC).
- If a Moto MSA does not have an EDC then a 1p meal can be purchased from the main Costa unit.
- Tour Guides & Couriers are able to eat for 1p if, they are employed to assist the driver who is a valid member of the Moto Coach Members scheme and who is visiting Moto in a professional capacity with passengers. Both parties must be in uniform. The meal will be processed through the coach driver’s membership card. (Only 1 additional meal may be put through).
- All items taken for 1p must be consumed on the premises.
- When a valid member of the Moto Coach Driver scheme visits a Moto MSA with 25 or more passengers they will be entitled to a £2 Moto Retail Shop voucher which can be redeemed in accordance to the terms & conditions printed on the reverse of the voucher
- Presenting someone else’s Moto Coach card in order to receive benefits will be viewed as fraudulent use and may result in the card being retained and the associated membership cancelled.
- Fraudulent applications to the Moto Coach Driver scheme will be identified and legal action may be taken.
- Moto reserves the right to withdraw any member from the scheme and retain their membership ID. Site manager’s decision is final.
- Membership of the scheme is only valid when the card holder is actively employed as Coach Driver carrying passengers.

Guidelines to keep your card working:
Do not:
- Leave your card next to any electrical device that emits a magnetic field i.e. on top of a microwave or next to a computer.
- Carry the card loose in your handbag or pockets – mobile phones, loose coins or keys can damage the magnetic stripe.
- Scratch or deface the magnetic stripe.
If your card stops working you will be required to send in your damaged card to Moto Head office and it will be replaced free of charge, however if your card is lost or stolen you will be required to pay a £5 fee for your replacement membership card. If any of your personal details should change or you encounter any problems with your card please contact our customer service team on 01525 878241.

Change of details:
If your company details should change please send a letter on company headed paper with details of your new company, your name, contact details and your coach card number to the address below. Please ensure that the letter confirms that you are a Coach driver working for the company.
