Moto is owned by a consortium of investors including a member of the Macquarie Group and international pension funds.
Macquarie’s interest is managed by Macquarie Infrastructure and Real Assets (Europe) Limited (MIRAEL).
MIRAEL is a wholly-owned member of the Macquarie Group, and is authorised and regulated by the Financial Services Authority under the UK Financial Services and Markets Act 2000.

Moto is committed to conducting its business in accordance with the Bribery Act and ensuring that all suppliers, contractors, business partners and employees also follow the same standards. Moto will avoid working with those who do not commit to doing business without bribery and the consequences of failing to comply with the Bribery Act will be the termination of those relationships.
